      AMHS Plant Sale - Thursday-Saturday, May 8-10, 2025

      at the AMHS Greenhouse located in the east parking lot from 3:00-5:00 PM on Thursday and Friday and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Please help support our AMHS Horticulture Program by selecting from a large variety of vegetable starts, herbs, flowering annuals, perennials, and houseplants. All plants are either grown for seed or propagation by AMHS students! We hope to see you Saturday!

      AMHS Spring Musical - "The Addams Family" - May 8-10 and 15-17, 2025

      7:00 pm all dates and matinees at 1:00 pm on Saturdays, May 10th and 17th. "The Addams Family" is a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family featuring an original story - and it's every father's nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love! Tickets are $12 for general admission and $6 for students with ASB, seniors 65 and older, and military. Please no babes in arms or strollers.       8:00-11:00 PM at the Des Moines Beach Park Event Center. Tickets are $40 now and go up to $45 May 24th and $50 at the door, so get yours TODAY! Doors close at 9:30 pm. You must bring school ID to the dance.

    • Senior Fines Must Be Paid to Pick Up Your Diploma

      Seniors: Fines Must Be Paid to Pick Up Your Diploma

      This is a good time to stop by the Bookkeeper's Office to see if you have any fines to pay before graduation and start nibbling away at those totals. The $5 Chromebook buy option will be automatically added to every senior's account later in the spring, so either pay the fee later this spring to keep your Chromebook after graduation or return it the last week of school to avoid a lost Chromebook charge. Diplomas are available to be picked up starting Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
