• Dear Chinook Families,

    I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Chinook Elementary. It is with great enthusiasm and dedication that I join this remarkable educational community. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead such a diverse community and to work collaboratively with our exceptional staff, parents and thriving scholars.

    Throughout my career in education, I have always been deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential. I believe that every child has unique talents and strengths, and it is our responsibility as educators to nurture and guide them toward success.

    My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that every scholar has the right to a high-quality education with dedicated adults who care and love for each student as individuals. I am excited to build upon the strong foundation that has already been established at Chinook, and I look forward to engaging with you to ensure that our students receive the best possible educational experience.

    I started my journey in education as an Attendance/Truancy specialist. I then transitioned into school counseling and eventually transitioned to Assistant Principal. I have been in the Auburn School District for 3 years and I believe we have some of the greatest students and families in the state of Washington. I am excited to have a great school year and thrilled to meet and learn from you all.
